Our Story
Sidma Industrial & Logistics Park Private Limited is one of the prominent service providers since 16 years in the market, engaged in construction and management of Warehouses and Industrial Units.
As the state of Karnataka is gaining importance in terms of value and volume which is progressively increasing year by year and learnt the storage facility available is not sufficient and warehouses available is not scientifically built. Hence the present proposal to establish the proposed project in IT Park, Devanahalli which facilitates the storage and transshipment of goods from one state to another.
Our Projects
We have constructed residential apartments and developed several layouts for Railways, BESCOM and KSPCB employees. From 2004 onwards we are into warehouse development. Our first and second projects are located at Makali, Nelamangala Taluk facing NH48 Mumbai-Bangalore Highway in 25 acres land and we have developed around 6.5 lakhs sq.ft. Warehouses and Industrial Units.Our third project is located at Kulvenahalli Village, Nelamangala Taluk facing NH48 Mumbai-Bangalore in 50 acres of industrial land and we have constructed 3 lakhs sq.ft. of warehouses and further 7 lakh sq.ft. is proposed to be constructed during 2021-2022.Our upcoming project will be launching soon at Lakkenahalli Village, Solur Hobli, Magadi Taluk facing NH75 Mangalore-Bangalore on the plot measuring 36 acres. In Phase-1 we will commence construction of around 3 lakh sq. ft. of industrial building for our Japanese client.
